When will my order arrive?
Production takes 2–7 business days, then transit on top — typically 3–7 business days in the US. Full detail on the shipping page.
Why does it take longer than other stores?
Because nothing is sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is printed and finished after you order it. No overproduction, no dead stock, no end-of-season landfill.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. Import duties are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility.
What size am I?
See the size guide. Femme pieces run close to the body; fleece runs true with a boxy shoulder.
Can I return something?
Faulty, damaged or wrong item — yes, 30 days, fully covered. Sizing alone — we offer a discounted remake rather than a free exchange, because made-to-order pieces can't be resold. See returns.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Only before it enters production, which is usually a window of a few hours. Write to us immediately.
How do I care for the prints?
Cold wash inside out, tumble low or hang, never iron directly over a print.
Do you restock?
Core pieces stay. Drop pieces are made for as long as the blank and the colourway exist, then they're gone.
