Every Maison Minuit piece is made to order. That means there are two clocks on your parcel: production, then transit.
Production
2–7 business days. This is the time it takes to print, finish, quality-check and pack your piece. Orders with several items may ship in more than one parcel if they're produced in different facilities — you're never charged extra for that.

Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email the moment you order, and a second email with tracking the moment your parcel leaves the facility. If the tracking hasn't moved for more than five business days, write to us and we'll chase it.
Customs and duties
Orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are set by your customs authority, not by us, and are the recipient's responsibility.
Addresses
Check your address carefully at checkout. Once a piece enters production we usually can't change the destination. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you cover the return postage.
Delays
Peak periods (late November through December) and carrier disruptions can add time. We'll always tell you if we know your order is running late rather than let you find out from silence.
